These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PackPath mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by PackPath ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
PackPath aggregates tracking information from carriers and third-party tracking providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tracking data, as this information originates from carriers and may be delayed or incorrect.
If you connect a Gmail, Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, or Temu account ("Connected Accounts"), you authorize PackPath to access limited information from those accounts solely to provide automatic tracking number import. You may revoke this access at any time within the app or through the relevant provider's account settings.
Some features require a paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with the respective store's billing policies. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their standard policies.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or interfering with its normal operation.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages related to shipments tracked through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PackPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
