Package data: tracking numbers, carrier information, package aliases, and delivery status that you add or that is imported on your behalf.

Email connection (optional): if you connect a Gmail account, we request read-only access to scan shipping confirmation emails for tracking numbers. We do not read, store, or share the content of unrelated emails.

Buyer account connection (optional): if you connect an Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, or Temu buyer account, we access order and shipment information necessary to import tracking numbers for orders you have purchased.

Subscription information: purchase and subscription status from the App Store or Google Play, used to enable premium features.

Device information: device identifier and operating system, used to deliver push notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide package tracking, status updates, and delivery notifications.
• To automatically detect tracking numbers from connected email or buyer accounts.
• To manage your account, subscription, and preferences.
• To improve the reliability and accuracy of the Service.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the Service, including carrier tracking data providers (e.g. 17track), Google (Gmail API for order import), Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, and Temu (Buyer Import), Apple App Store and Google Play (subscriptions), and push notification providers. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their respective functionality.

4. Data Security

OAuth access tokens for connected email and buyer accounts are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

5. Your Choices

• You can disconnect your Gmail or buyer account at any time from within the app.
• You can delete individual packages or your entire account at any time.
• You can manage notification preferences from your device settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and package data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
